KVKK Privacy Notice

Personal data processed

  • Identity and contact: name, email address
  • Visual data: clothing photographs you add, and your full-body photo if used
  • Physical attributes: age range, gender, height, weight, body type
  • Preference data: style tags, likes and feedback
  • Location data: for weather only, subject to permission
  • Transaction security: session records, device information
  • Subscription: Premium membership status

Purposes

Delivering the service, personalising outfit suggestions, verifying membership entitlements, user support, ensuring security, and meeting legal obligations.

Legal grounds

  • Establishment and performance of a contract (KVKK art. 5/2-c)
  • Compliance with a legal obligation (KVKK art. 5/2-ç)
  • Legitimate interest (KVKK art. 5/2-f)
  • Explicit consent — for special categories of data and location (KVKK art. 6)

Transfers

Data may be transferred to hosting, image-processing and payment-verification providers located in Türkiye and abroad under KVKK art. 9, with the necessary security measures in place.

Your rights under KVKK art. 11

You have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, request information, learn the purpose of processing, know the third parties to whom it is transferred, request correction if incomplete or inaccurate, request erasure or destruction, object to an adverse outcome arising from automated analysis, and claim compensation for damages.
