Privacy Policy

This policy explains the personal data processed through the Veedrobe mobile app and veedrobe.com. Veedrobe is the data controller.

What we process

Account details. The name, email address and password you provide at sign-up. Passwords are stored irreversibly hashed.

Profile and style preferences. Age range, gender, height, weight, body type and the style tags you select. Used solely to personalise outfit suggestions.

Clothing photographs. The images you add to your wardrobe and the metadata derived from them (category, colour, pattern, fabric, season). Images are stored against your account.

Location. Used only to determine the weather, and only with your permission. If you decline, a default city is used. No location history is retained.

Usage data. Outfits you like, swap, or ask never to see paired again. This feedback improves suggestion quality.

Subscription status. If you hold a Premium membership, its status is verified through our payment infrastructure provider. Card details never reach us; payment is handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play.

Cycle tracking (optional). If you choose to use this feature, the dates you enter are used only as suggestion context and are not shared with third parties.

AI processing

Your clothing photographs are processed for category and colour analysis and background removal. When virtual try-on is used, images are sent to a generative AI provider. This happens only at your request and only on your own content.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. Data is shared only with the infrastructure providers required to deliver the service (hosting, image processing, payment verification) and with authorities where legally required.

Retention

Your data is retained while your account is active. When you delete your account, your wardrobe images and profile are permanently deleted within a reasonable period.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete and object to the processing of your data. You can start account deletion from within the app or from the account deletion page on this site.
